* I currently do not participate with any insurance programs and payment is required at the time of visit. I will be happy to provide documentation for you to submit for reimbursement from your insurance company if your specific plan has benefits for "out-of-network" Licensed Professional Counselor providers. Please verify your mental health benefits prior to setting an appointment if you are planning to seek reimbursement.
