A member of the John Maxwell Team as a Certified Life Coach and Speaker,  Susan graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University, School of Business  with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and  Finance.  She also received Certification from the University of  Virginia, McIntire School of Commerce in Business Management. With this  business education background, Susan is able to coach individuals and  businesses to identify specific goals, develop business strategies, and  implement life transitions that need attention. Executive Life Coaching  provides the process to personal and professional awareness, change, and  growth.

Currently serving in the healthcare industry, Susan's varied background in personal and professional development provides a unique opportunity for clients to gain specialized support. As a former Chief Executive Officer, Banking Executive and Community  Leader, Susan has an extensive background in organizational development.  Specialty  services include personal and business financial management, public speaking, marketing, customer experience, organizational development and support, training, team building, and human resource coaching and mentoring. 

As  most successful leaders will confess, they all had someone in their  life to nurture, guide, prepare, and show them the way along life’s  journey. Those supporters may not have held the title of coach, but  they were coaching none the less. As the seasons in our lives change; the type of support changes, the people change; but the need for a coach  remains the same. We were not meant to experience life alone as  individuals.  In the case of personal and business success, it is not  the individual accomplishments that stand the true test of time; it is teamwork that makes the dream work.
